one year ago.

Exactly one year to the day of Essenciel’s first harvest, we headed out to Clarksburg (near Lodi) to check out the maturity of the grapes that we’re expecting to harvest next month.  While LB was off gathering samples and using his nifty refractometer, I went all Ansel Adams on the vines.  Here’s a sneak peak at this year’s crop.
